Technische Hochschule Köln’s Students Join Internship at KMUTNB

The Faculty of Engineering at King Mongkut’s University of Technology North Bangkok (KMUTNB) is pleased to welcome Mr. Leon König and Mr. Tunahan Kocaustaoglu, students enrolled in the Process Engineering – Process Intensification program at Technische Hochschule Köln, to its esteemed student mobility program.

Mr. Leon König and Mr. Tunahan Kocaustaoglu have been accepted as internship students at the Department of Chemical Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, KMUTNB. They will participate in the internship program from January 13, 2025, to May 31, 2025.

Mr. Leon Koenig works on the “Process Development and Process Simulation of Biomass Valorization
for High value-added products” under the supervision of Assoc. Prof. Santi Chuetor at the Department of Chemical Engineering.

Mr. Tunahan Kocaustaoglu works on “Process design for hydrogen and carbon production
from pyrolysis of biogas (experimental or theoretical study)” under the supervision of Assoc. Prof. Suwimol Wongsakulphasatch at the Department of Chemical Engineering.

This opportunity aims to enhance academic collaboration, foster international research, and provide hands-on industry experience for students.

The student mobility initiative continues to strengthen global academic ties, offering students valuable cross-cultural and professional development experiences. KMUTNB looks forward to supporting Mr. König and future exchange students in their educational journeys.
